We encourage you to:

• Share content that informs, entertains, or educates others in a creative and original manner.
• Encourage inclusive dialogue without discrimination.
• Adhere to Legal Requirements of local, national, and international laws, including those related to copyright and privacy.
• Utilizes AI Content Constructively.

Prohibited Content

To maintain a safe community, the following content is strictly prohibited:

• Hate Speech and Discrimination – Any content that attacks or demeans or incites violence and hatred towards an individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
• Harassment and Cyberbullying – Content that intimidates, threatens, or harasses other users, including doxxing or sharing personal information without consent.
• Illegal or Harmful Content – Posts that contain or promote violence, illegal activities, sexually explicit content, obscenity, scams, or any form of harmful behaviour, especially in relation to minors. 
• Promotion of self-harm or suicide, eating disorders, dangerous activities or challenges that may cause harm to individuals in any manner. 
• Misinformation and Fraud – Any content that spreads false or misleading information or attempts to deceive others for personal gain, including pyramid marketing schemes, deep fakes, and intentional misinformation (including in relation to election).
• Intellectual Property Violations – Unauthorized use of copyrighted, trademarked, or other protected materials.
• Malware and Security Threats – Content that introduces viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
• Spam and Irrelevant Promotion – Repetitive, off-topic, or disruptive posts, including unauthorized advertisements or promotions of third-party services.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

By participating on Dreemz, you agree to:

• Adhere to all guidelines, regularly review and comply with these Community Guidelines, our Terms of Use, and applicable laws.
• Communicate and interact with the community of Dreemz users in a manner that is respectful, thoughtful, and constructive.
• Ensure that all content you post is free from prohibited elements and aligns with our community standards.
• Use AI tools included in Dreemz responsibly. While our AI mentor and AI milestones are designed to provide constructive feedback and assist you in reaching your dream, it is not a substitute for professional advice, is not always accurate, and its suggestions should be reviewed. You should evaluate all information provided by AI tools before acting on them and seek additional perspectives if necessary.
• Respect the privacy of all users by not sharing personal information without consent and adhering to our privacy policy.

Content Moderation

All user-submitted content, including videos, comments, and likes, may undergo automated or manual review to ensure compliance with our Terms of Use and these guidelines. 

Content found to violate these guidelines may be removed immediately, with or without prior notice.

Dreemz reserves the right to restrict, edit, or remove content that could negatively impact our community or business interests.

Appeals and Revisions

If you believe that content removal or account actions were made in error, you may submit an appeal via contact@dreemz.io. We will review your case promptly.

In some cases, you may be invited to edit and resubmit your content to bring it into compliance with our guidelines.

AI Services 

Our AI Services, including the AI mentor and AI milestones, are designed to provide useful, automated insights to help you achieve your Dreemz. While we strive for accurate and safe results, the AI Services should be considered as one source of feedback and not as definitive advice. Always exercise judgment and consider multiple perspectives when evaluating feedback.

General information

Dreemz reserves the right to modify these guidelines at any time. Your continued use of our platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated guidelines.

These guidelines supplement our Terms of Use and do not alter your legal rights.
